  <title>somewhere around the beginning</title>

  <description>i started this journal because i need to refocus on my weight loss.  i feel myself slipping and i need to be accountable.  so here i will keep track of my daily food, exercise and progress online.  i will keep this journal locked down under &quot;friends only&quot; but i need all the support i can get so please add me if you like and i will add you back (and hopefully provide some support to you as well!).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as of today, ive been on the weight watchers program for nineteen weeks and two days.  ive lost 38.6 pounds so far and have more to go.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the month of january has been a tough one for me.  i got over a bad flu, so i ate.  my grandma was in the hospital, so i sat around the hospital and ate.  it was my birthday, so i ate every time friends took me out.  i skipped two ww meetings this month because i didnt want to see a gain.  i made up for it by losing enough and then some the following week - but im angry at myself for hiding from the scale when i knew i was bad.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;enough is enough.  here is me becoming accountable.</description>
